Dayton Knitting Guild members are a diverse group. They represent a wide range of skill levels and interests. In addition to members from Ohio, they come from California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Canada.
- Membership Information
The Dayton Knitting Guild’s fiscal year is July to June. Dues are $20 per year including the digital newsletter. $30 for membership with a paper mailed newsletter. - Monthly Meetings
Monthly meetings are held the 3rd Monday of the month September through June at Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Beavercreek.
- Retreats
Space for the annual spring Bergamo retreat is limited to 45 participants. Dues-paying members ($20/year by September 30) will be given priority registration on a first-come basis with paid registration fee.
- Knit-Ins
At a Knit-In, the hostess provides beverages. Please RSVP to the hostess and bring a sack lunch or a carry-in.
- Newsletter
Call of the Wool is published quarterly: Mar 1, June 1, Sept 1, Dec 1. Deadlines for materials submissions are Feb 1, May 1, Aug 1, Nov 1. The editor may edit any material. Click Contact DKG Editor if you have an article or idea for future newsletters or comments about past newsletters.
